betkpr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betkpr" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the betkpr online betting and casino service accessible at betkpr.net, operated under a valid international gaming licence.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the betkpr platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on betkpr, through which you access betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the betkpr platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, enhanced odds offer, or other incentive made available to users by betkpr from time to time.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency of the betkpr platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products offered on betkpr, including sports betting, live casino, slots, Teen Patti 20-20, and Kalaka Bingo.
• "Applicable Laws" refers to all laws, regulations, and licensing conditions applicable to the operation of the betkpr platform under its international gaming licence.

By accessing betkpr.net, registering an Account, or placing any Bet on the betkpr platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and betkpr. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the betkpr platform or its Services.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the betkpr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and betkpr. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to betkpr and use of its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis during your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. betkpr operates a strict 21+ policy and enforces age verification at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Identity: You must register using your own true legal identity. betkpr reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation — including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — at any stage.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on betkpr. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse and/or fraud.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed by yourself through the betkpr platform or imposed by betkpr as a protective measure.
5. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons of unsound mind or under legal guardianship are not permitted to register.

betkpr reserves the right to carry out verification checks at any time. Where verification cannot be completed to betkpr's reasonable satisfaction, the Account may be suspended or closed and pending withdrawals placed on hold pending resolution.

To access the betkpr platform's full range of Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. betkpr will treat any action taken using your credentials as authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betkpr immediately by contacting [email protected]. betkpr accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

betkpr reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing Account at its reasonable discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on betkpr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. betkpr may add or remove payment methods at any time; current options are displayed in your Account wallet.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your betkpr Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. betkpr does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts. The funding source must be in your own name and match the identity registered on your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 8 business hours in normal circumstances. betkpr reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding may be deferred until the requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.

Fees: betkpr does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which betkpr is not responsible.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account settings and may vary by payment method. betkpr reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its reasonable discretion.

All bets placed on the betkpr platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the betkpr system and a bet reference number is issued. A bet is not valid until that confirmation is received.
• betkpr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a technical error, odds compilation error, or manifest pricing mistake has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — where odds are offered that are clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — betkpr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport and market type.
• For cricket markets, including PSL and international fixtures, betkpr's cricket-specific rules govern the settlement of bets. These rules, including provisions for abandoned matches and reduced-overs games under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern, are published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any point at betkpr's discretion, including during significant match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected.
• All times displayed in betkpr's sportsbook refer to Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5) unless otherwise indicated.

The betkpr casino section, including live casino tables, slot games, Teen Patti 20-20, and Kalaka Bingo, is operated in accordance with the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. General provisions applicable across all casino and gaming products are set out below:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by live physical dealing under controlled studio conditions. betkpr does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within the information panel of each game title. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all game plays and associated stakes. Where a game disconnects mid-round, betkpr's system will attempt to resolve the game state from server records. If resolution is not possible, the stake will be returned.
• betkpr reserves the right to withdraw any game title from the casino lobby at any time without prior notice.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the specific jackpot rules displayed within each title. Jackpot wins that cannot be verified due to a technical fault may be withheld pending investigation.

betkpr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms displayed with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable cash once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements, time limits, eligible markets, and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each bonus are stated at the time the bonus is offered. You are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before accepting a bonus.
• Only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted per promotional period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• betkpr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a user. Once accepted and credited, a bonus remains in force subject to its stated terms.
• Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies specifically to clear bonus funds, or colluding with other users — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential Account suspension.
• Bonuses and promotional winnings may not be transferred between accounts or withdrawn in the form of cash advances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betkpr platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false, borrowed, or synthetic identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during verification, or in any communication with betkpr.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software glitches to place bets or generate winnings not intended by betkpr's pricing model.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on betkpr.
• Using the betkpr platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics.
• Accessing the betkpr platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law, using a VPN or other technical means to disguise your location.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following legitimate betting activity.

All content on the betkpr platform — including but not limited to the betkpr brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of betkpr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betkpr platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any betkpr content without prior written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the betkpr platform, including odds data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any betkpr software.
• Use the betkpr name, logo, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by betkpr.

Any unauthorised use of betkpr's intellectual property may result in legal action and Account termination.

betkpr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at betkpr.net/privacy-policy. By using the betkpr platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in that policy.

betkpr will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers who assist in platform operation — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services — on a confidential basis and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

betkpr may retain transaction records, bet histories, and account data for the period required under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, even after an Account is closed.

betkpr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly 21+ and provides every Account holder with access to the following responsible gaming tools, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time via Account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily and weekly loss limits can be set to cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts can be configured to notify you of the time elapsed during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from the betkpr platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be permitted to reopen it until the exclusion period has expired and a re-registration review has been completed.
• Reality Checks: In-session notifications can be enabled to remind you of your betting activity and elapsed time.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, betkpr's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betkpr Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betkpr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, platform unavailability, or technical failures beyond betkpr's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep Account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your participation in games or betting markets that you do not fully understand.
• Any losses attributable to your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits betkpr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

betkpr reserves the right to suspend or close your Account, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• betkpr reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with your Account.
• You have provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• betkpr is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Your Account shows no activity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy; prior written notice will be provided).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Closing your Account does not absolve either party of obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

betkpr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations — betkpr will provide not less than 14 days' prior written notice to your registered email address before the changes take effect.

For minor, administrative, or legally required changes, betkpr may update these Terms & Conditions without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the betkpr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betkpr holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and betkpr that cannot be resolved through the betkpr customer support process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction for final resolution.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
